Harvey Norman seeks a Contracts Administrator to manage and centralise contract records at their Manukau Head Office in a 12-month fixed-term role.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing :
Establish and manage a centralised contract repository by coordinating with internal teams.
Compile a supplier list through collaboration with Accounts Payable and Trade teams.
Input and validate contract data in the central database ensuring alignment with company standards.
Assess contract risk and escalate high risk items for review.
Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of sensitive contract information.
Report on contract coverage, risk and outstanding actions, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
