Without them, we would not be the successful business that we are today.As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of a large scale residential project.Working closely with the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all construction contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing contractual risks.

Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the project, ensuring its timely completion and overall success.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and negotiate construction contracts for the defence projectManage variations, claims, disputes, and ensure contractual complianceWork closely with project teams to align contracts with project needsPrepare progress claims, payment certificates, and financial reportsMonitor contractor performance and complianceBuild and maintain strong stakeholder and subcontractor relationshipsConduct contract risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesSupport resolution of contractual disputesStay current with industry standards and legal requirementsRequirements : 4+ years' contract admin experience in construction, including $70M+ projectsStrong understanding of contracts, legislation, codes, and standardsSkilled in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder managementDetail-oriented with a structured approach to contract processesDefence and Health sector experience highly regardedTeam player with solid collaboration skillsProficient in contract systems and MS OfficeTertiary qualifications in construction or QS preferredBenefits and perks : Access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Market competitive Salary and excellent working environmentExcellent Leave Polices that include purchased Annual Leave, Work Life Balance Days, Community Days and generous Parental Leave schemeCollaborative and values-based workplace cultureSporting and Social eventsProfessional MembershipsDiscounts on Travel, Retail and Health
