In theCustomer Support Administrator role, you recognise that relationships are at the heart of everything that we do.

You are someone who is directly in contact with our customers, both internal and external.

You represent and embody who Parenting Place is, and help our customers experience our services, courses and events in the most positive way.

You will assist and support our Presenters, Facilitators and external customers with any of our course or event related requirements.Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include : Being responsive and showing manaakitanga to all our wonderful new and existing customers!

Providing administrative support to customers, staff and course facilitators.

Mahi Tahi!

Regularly reviewing processes and suggesting ways to improve where applicable.Ensuring all information relating to courses or customers is accurate and up to date.Completing general administration tasks (including invoices and end of month reporting).

Identifying opportunities to grow additional courses, presentations, and facilitator training.About youAt least 2 year's experience in a customer administration support role.You would describe yourself as pretty tech-savvy!
