You will thrive in a customer-centric role, delivering superior administration support, and handling changes to existing policies.
You will be a point of contact for existing business decisions and escalations, proactively managing cases with top-class customer service and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out changes to existing policies, following documented business processes with high accuracy and quality
Ensuring all mail is maintained within the given service level agreement
Providing clear and concise information and processing requests in a timely manner
Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Taking part in testing and operational meetings to support process development and training
Working with colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times
Ideally, You\'ll Bring
Experience in a customer-focused and service-orientated environment
Strong computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal stakeholders, external customers and advisors
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, be proactive and self-motivated
High motivation to develop and learn
