Business Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Engage with small and medium business clients to understand their telecommunication needs.

Promote and sell mobile plans, broadband services, cloud solutions, and IT services.

Build long-term relationships with clients and manage ongoing account support.

Conduct client meetings to assess business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and service agreements.

Collaborate with internal account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Stay updated with 2degrees product offerings and industry trends.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.

Provide post-sales support and resolve client queries professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Participate in promotional campaigns and networking events to attract new clients.

Report regularly to management on sales performance and client feedback.
