Automotive Service Advisor – Our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their top multi-franchise dealership in South Auckland that's all about great service, strong team culture, and real career development. With several locations within Auckland, the client offers a stable work environment focused on work-life balance and career opportunity pathways to Management. Due to resourcing and gearing their aftersales business, they have more than one opportunity available across different South Auckland locations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess and document customer facing requirements within the Service department
• Provide quotes, timelines, and clear communication on service progress
• Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely workflow
• Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records in our service management system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
