About The RoleAs a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in selling independent and serviced units.
You will build lasting relationships with prospects, residents, and community groups, while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of our Keith Park Retirement Village.
This is a full time Sales role based at our Keith Park Retirement Village in Hobsonville.
Being local to Hobsonville or the surrounding area would be an advantage.Key responsibilitiesAchieving and exceeding sales targets, including unit quantity, financial goals, and profit margins.Managing the sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.Following up on unsettled contracts to ensure timely settlements.Building strong relationships with prospects, residents, families, and community organisations.Promoting the village by engaging with the community and attending events.Completing required sales documentation within designated timeframes.Analysing performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Supporting new residents during their move-in process and collaborate with village teams to ensure a seamless experience.What's in it for you?

Proven recent experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.Clear and effective verbal and written communication, with active listening skills.A customer-focused mindset, demonstrating attentiveness, empathy, responsiveness, and a drive to exceed expectations.Exceptional planning, organisational, and time management abilities.Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions to challenges.Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to ethical behaviour.Proficiency with digital tools and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
