We're looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and has outstanding organisational and time management skills.

If you enjoy helping customers, take pride in your work, and have a process-driven mindset, this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesBeing the first point of contact for service customers - welcoming them, managing bookings, and ensuring they have a seamless experiencePreparing job cards, obtaining approvals, and managing invoicingKeeping customers updated throughout the service process and ensuring deadlines are metManaging workflow and communication across our service platformsQualificationsStrong communication and people skills, with a focus on customer serviceA background in automotive service advising, parts, or workshop coordinationThe ability to juggle priorities, problem-solve, and meet deadlinesA keen eye for detail and a proactive approachSolid understanding of Microsoft Office productsA positive attitude and sense of humour - we love to have fun while delivering results!
