Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, interviewing, and selection
• Coordinating onboarding and induction programs for new employees
• Supporting the development and implementation of the company’s people strategy
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Providing advice and support on employment matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
• Lead organisational restructures and redundancies, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs
• Performance & Development
• Facilitating performance review processes and development planning
• HR Policy & Compliance
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and workplace standards
• Payroll & Remuneration Support
• Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee entitlements
• Supporting remuneration reviews and benchmarking
• Health, Safety & Wellbeing
• Supporting health and safety advisor in initiatives and compliance with ACC
• HR Systems & Reporting
• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
• Preparing reports and insights for management decision-making
• Immigration & Visa Support
• Coordinating visa applications and compliance for migrant workers
