In This Role

Provide Expert Advice : Deliver direct advisory services to clients and guide them through complex workplace relations matters, always striving for excellence in your service delivery.

Deliver Insights : Provide clients with the knowledge they need to navigate workplace regulations and ensure compliance, helping them succeed and grow.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in a similar role, including HR or workplace relations advisors, who have :

A Commercial Mindset : A pragmatic approach to delivering clear, practical advice both written and verbally, with a focus on helping businesses achieve success.

Tech-Savvy & Client-Focused : Strong PC usage skills, thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, and always working collaboratively to meet client needs.

Driven & Self-Motivated : Passionate about continuous improvement, delivering results, and being the best practitioner you can be, while living the Peninsula values of excellence and accountability.

A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employment relations.
