Reporting to the National HR Manager, the role will undertake a mix of recruitment and generalist activities.What you'll ownAct as the primary first point of contact for our internal customers, providing best-practice advice and coaching to support leaders.Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process — from placing ads and phone screening through to making recommendations to managers.Work closely with the HR Manager to develop your career.
Whether you already have some experience in employment relations or are eager to build capability in this area, you'll have opportunities to broaden your expertise, take on ER matters, and partner with managers across the full HR generalist remit.As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll also get involved in special projects designed to stretch your capability and support your ongoing learning and development.About YouYou'll have an HR or business-related degree, along with some recruitment and HR exposure — and the confidence to provide advice to managers.
This is a role with real scope to grow, so you'll already have a solid foundation and be excited to take on more advisory responsibilities.You're someone who's highly organised, with strong time management skills to balance recruitment, generalist tasks, and project work.
Your admin and organisational skills are second to none, and you're always looking for ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly.While coaching support is available, you'll enjoy having the autonomy to manage your own time frames.
