You'll take the lead on outreach, guide people through secure processes, and resolve queries with both professionalism and empathy.Your work will include : Proactively contacting former employees, verifying details, and ensuring they have the information and support they needDrafting and tailoring communications that are clear, compliant, and aligned with our messaging standardsProviding step-by-step guidance to securely submit personal and banking information, and troubleshooting common issuesCollaborating closely with Payroll to answer questions on entitlements, payments, and remediation outcomesMaintaining accurate records and tracking tools to meet compliance, privacy, and audit requirementsSupporting the broader HR team in creating and updating HR forms, templates, and process documentsQualificationsYou'll bring proven experience in HR advisory or generalist roles, ideally including project-based work.
