This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience (agency, internal, or real estate-based) who's ready to step into a role with room to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment across varied business areasPartner with hiring managers to scope roles and define strategiesSource proactively via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networksScreen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offersEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experienceSupport recruitment systems, processes, and templatesContribute to employer branding and social media initiativesProvide market insights and recruitment reportingSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years recruitment experience, sourcing candidates and new businessProficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing toolsStrong candidate sourcing and pipeline development skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities – be people focused and passionate about building relationshipsAbility to manage multiple roles with speed and qualityUnderstanding of recruitment compliance and process integrityWhy Bayleys?
