Health Quality & Safety Commission Te Tāhū Hauora (the Commission) we work with clinicians, health providers, whānau and consumers to improve health and disability support services across New Zealand.
Our goal is to ensure all groups get safe and high-quality care that matches their health needs, including improving access to care for those with needs that are not currently being addressed.
The Commission is a Crown Agent with a board responsible to the Minister of Health.

This is a broad, high-impact position where you’ll be the trusted advisor to people leaders across the organisation. You’ll use your judgement and expertise to provide sound advice, coach leaders, and help us make meaningful progress towards our strategic goals.
