  • About the role
  • Join our passionate people and capability team in a broad generalist role that combines operational delivery with strategic project work.As a trusted Senior Advisor, you will provide practical advice across the full range of HR matters including performance, development, employment relations, and change.

    • You will also lead or contribute to people and capability initiatives, support internal capability building, and mentor others in the team.Electricity plays a critical role in the quality of our lives and businesses.

  • Broad HR generalist experience, ideally with at least five years in advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and public sector context

  • The ability to coach and influence managers and support the development of the wider people and capability team
  • A proactive, collaborative, and improvement-focused mindset
