This is a hands-on role that supports the delivery of key programmes and initiatives across culture, leadership and diversity, equity and inclusion. You’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure our people have the tools, resources and experiences they need to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Managing shared inboxes and coordinating responses across the team
- Scheduling and supporting workshops, events and programme rollouts
- Maintaining team documentation, templates and resources
- Supporting reporting, data collection and logistics for key initiatives
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and process owners to enable delivery through our HRIS
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and explore automation tools
Qualifications
Solid experience in admin and coordination, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritiesConfidence supporting programmes and projects, with a sharp eye for detail and timelinesA natural drive to improve processes, plus an interest in exploring automation and AI toolsExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the businessBenefits / What we offer
