Due to an internal promotion, we have a vacancy within our System Performanceteam and are looking for someone with the skills and analytical thinking to support the governance and performance advice for some of New Zealand's most iconic cultural entities.

Korero moteturanga | About the role

You will work closely with Ministers and key stakeholders in entities on the performance of New Zealand's cultural sector to support it in meeting legislative obligations.

This role is part of a team of specialist performance advisers responsible for providing governance advice and monitoring the performance of a range of funded entitiesin the cultural system.

The team advises on Board appointments, strategic direction, financial and organisational capability, investment business cases and budget proposals.

Entities Manatu Taonga advises on include Te Papa, Sport New Zealand, New Zealand Music Commission, and Creative New Zealand.
