This is a key thought leadership role, driving high-investment programmes and supporting our most senior leaders with strategic talent and workforce initiatives.Reporting to
Together, you'll ensure our organisation has safe, supported, and capable staff every day.A key part of this role is guiding the practice of our two Senior Adviser Talent colleagues, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
You'll also collaborate with teams across Leadership Development, Capability, People Services, and our diverse business groups to design, develop, and implement the systems and processes that underpin talent management at Ara Poutama Aotearoa.This is a role where you'll do big, interesting work with a team that invests in you and supports your well-being.
