Programme Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major organisational transition programme over the next 12 months. This is a high-impact role where you’ll bring together strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful establishment of new service delivery arrangements.

As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large-scale transition programme from planning through to implementation. You’ll establish governance and reporting frameworks, lead multiple workstreams, manage risk, and ensure effective stakeholder and community engagement. A key part of your role will be driving change management and communications strategies to support staff and stakeholders through the transition, while ensuring programme objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with long-term goals.
