6MU + 1MMA.St Patrick's College, Kilbirnie, a Catholic boys' secondary school in the Marist tradition, is seeking a dynamic and visionary deputy rector to join our Senior Leadership team commencing 2026.

We are looking for an innovative leader passionate about fostering student engagement, strengthening school culture, and nurturing a safe, culturally responsive learning environment grounded in Catholic and Marist values.

This is an untagged position.This pivotal role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a multifaceted environment and can contribute to strategic decision-making regarding school-wide processes and systems.
