This role is based on Lower Hutt.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same!
Drafting offer letters and variations of employmentCoordinating onboarding and pre-employment checks (e.g., drug & alcohol screening)Supporting the starter and leaver process, including tracking and documentationManaging the HR inbox and responding to first-level HR queriesAssisting with payroll documentation and liaising with payroll providersMaintaining and updating spreadsheets, personnel records, and internal systemsProviding admin support across HR initiatives, performance managements, and projectsHelping improve processes and supporting the wider P&C team as neededHandling supplier invoicing and purchase orders for the teamAbout YouHR Coordinator / Admin / Generalist experienceStrong admin skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and writing skillsConfidence working and learning multiple systemsA proactive mindset and a problem solverEmpathy, discretion, and a people-first approachComfortable and eager to learn basic Te Reo Maori in the workplaceApply Now!
