About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join the People & Culture team at Morrison. Reporting to the global CPO based in Sydney and you will be supporting a global P&C team predominantly based in the APAC region. You will be exposed to the full candidate and employee lifecycle providing you with an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and experience.
What to expect
Provide administration support to the P&C team for effective and timely HR support to staff and managers and on P&C initiatives.Support the P&C team in all aspects of the employee life cycle across recruitment, onboarding, employee milestones and departures.Manage the planning and delivery of our ambitious Learning and Development programs.Maintain employee data in the global HRIS (BambooHR) ensuring accuracy.Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain organisational charts.Prepare employee change letters.Support the coordination of the awards / recognition program for the company.Maintain employee files and support audit requests.Contribute to the development and review of HR procedures / policies to ensure compliance.Ad hoc support to the P&C team as needed for organising team events and fun!You’ll be a great fit if :
You’re someone with a can-do attitude who can get involved across the breadth of the P&C team responsibilities.You enjoy being part of a team and you’re eager to contribute.You want to build an exciting career in the People and Culture profession, in a successful global business.You have tertiary qualification in a relevant field (business, commerce, HR, psychology, IT etc).You have at least 2 years’ experience in a HR / P&C Coordinator / administrator roleStrong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
