Personal Assistant - AucklandTe whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to our Building Structures and Building Services Operations Managers in our Auckland office on a permanent full-time basis.

You'll act as a central link between the Operations Managers, our leadership team, and key stakeholders across the business.This role is ideal for a highly organised and results-driven individual with a calm, adaptable demeanour who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and builds strong relationships with ease.

It requires attention to detail, resilience, diplomacy, sound business acumen, and a high level of commitment.
