Overview

Real Estate Personal Assistant – Harcourts Papatoetoe

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support one of our top-performing sales teams.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Papatoetoe office.

You'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional results for clients.

Responsibilities

Managing diaries, schedules, and appointments

Preparing contracts, listing packs, and marketing materials

Coordinating open homes and property viewings

Handling client communications with professionalism and care

Conducting property research and assisting with compliance requirements

Providing administrative support across all stages of the sales process

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets (CRM experience an advantage)

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Previous administration or customer service experience (real estate experience a bonus, but not essential)

A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
