Job description

Cheema Trading Limited, Auckland We are a growing company and to handle the inreased workload, we are looking for a Personal Assistant for assist our Director.

Full Time role- Minimum 30 to 40 hours per week,

Pay starts from $34 per hour.

Tasks Include :

Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the Director.

liaising with other staff on matters relating to the organisation's operations

Prioritize and manage daily tasks, including preparing reports, presentations,meeting agendas and other routine documents.

maintaining confidential files and documents attending meetings and acting as secretary as required

maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements

processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining recordsscreening telephone calls and answering inquiries

entering leads into CRM and maintain client database.

may supervise other staff as and when required

Assist with personal errands and ensure a seamless work-life balance for the Director.

Required Skills and Qualififications : Diploma in relevant field or a Bachelor's degree in any stream preferred or equivalent.Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant would be advantageous.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools (Google Workspace, projectmanagement tools, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Proactive, resourceful, and a problem-solver with a positive attitude.Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.A high level of professionalism and discretion.
