This role calls for a professional and emotionally intelligent individual to provide dedicated support to the Business Owner, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations and empowering them to lead with confidence and impact.You'll provide executive-level support across calendar management, meetings, communications, and special projects within the wider business group.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same—supporting a driven leader at the helm of a large and dynamic operation, you'll need to juggle competing priorities, think ahead and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.We're after someone mature, reliable, and detail-focused—who's proactive, discreet, and able to manage both business and operational tasks with confidence and care.The opportunity : This part-time, on-site role based at our New Lynn office (Mon–Fri, 10 : 00am–2 : 30pm, with some flexibility) is ideal for someone experienced, grounded, and purpose-driven.As a trusted co-pilot, you'll manage appointments, support the Business Owners ventures, keep the office running and handle everything from meeting notes to coffee runs.We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and supports both personal and professional tasks while upholding the values of our kaupapa.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar management and daily communication via calls and TeamsOrganise internal / external meetings, calls, hui, and event coordination (including our event space)\Draft professional correspondence, emails, reports, and briefing documentsTake accurate minutes and follow up on action itemsCoordinate special projects across the wider business groupLiaise with property, third-party contractors, and personal business contactsEnsure the office is warm, tidy and fully stocked each dayTravel coordination and occasional in-person support at off-site events or meetingsWhat You'll Bring : Minimum 4+ years' experience in a PA or EA role, supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and working both independently and in a teamA full NZ Drivers LicenceStrong written and verbal communication skillsTech-savvy : confident in MS Office at an advance level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)A polished, professional demeanour and high emotional intelligenceAbility to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality, respects boundaries and engages with maturitySelf-starter with strong initiative, time management, and a solutions-focused mindsetWarm, welcoming, and attentive, with natural hospitality instinctsWhat We Offer : Competitive pro-rata salary + carparkA chance to work closely with an inspiring leader and visionary organisationInteresting and varied roleEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Health and wellbeing benefitsReady to bring your skills to the table?
