OverviewWe are looking for Certified Personal Trainers to join our fantastic team of Exercise Professionals at our Hutt (Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Petone) clubs.

A successful applicant will be highly driven and self-motivated, have exceptional communication and customer service skills, be well organized, enthusiastic and excited to run their own business.You will be provided with a full induction withourPT Manager.

Your training will include : A business planning / marketing inductionAccess to training templates / systemsDigital media supportSales and retention strategiesOngoing business workshopsAbout the roleProvide guidance, support and motivation as clients train to achieve their health and wellness goals.Complete one-to-one consultations, assessments and create tailored training plans and programs.Deliver training sessions catering to client goals, needs and capabilities in a safe and effective manner.Provide quality exercise instruction, monitoring and adjustments for a wide range of clients in a safe and effective manner.Be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of your Personal Training business.Minimum job requirementsMinimum Level 4 Certificate in Personal TrainingAdvanced First Aid Certificate Level 2Experience in the Health and Fitness Industry preferred but not essentialREPs RegistrationSmall Group Training Experience preferred but not essentialWhy Jetts?
