Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dance Teacher / Coach to inspire and support our members in developing their dance skills, confidence, and overall fitness.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Pay Rate : $28 – $3 8 per hour (depending on experience)

Guaranteed Hours : Minimum 30 hours / Maximum 40 hours per week

Work Schedule : Within 8 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm Monday to Friday +Sunday

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging group dance classes and one-on-one sessions
Motivate and guide students of all ages and ability levels
Ensure safe, effective, and enjoyable teaching practices

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience

Strong communication and motivational skills

Passion for dance, teaching, and helping others succeed

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver programs of study in both dance theory and practice for individuals and groups

Prepare and present instructional material on dance theory

Teach dance techniques and choreography, selecting appropriate music for recitals or performances

Assign exercises tailored to students’ training needs and abilities

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, advice, and encouragement

Review and update curricula, course content, teaching resources, and instructional methods

Prepare students for examinations, performances, and assessments
