We currently have a new vacancy available for a Personal Banking consultant within the team here at our Queen Street Branch (300 Queen Street), Auckland CBD.As a Personal Banking Consultant your role will be to exceed the expectations of your customers, with a primary focus on supporting their financial wellbeing.

You will be given the tools to educate customers on various banking solutions and options, resulting in convenient and innovative product and service recommendations.This is a full-timepermanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday at our Auckland, Queen Street Branch.Ideally, we are looking for someone who has current home lending experience or has a passion for delivering financial satisfaction to their Customers, who thrives on building relationships, is digitally savvy and able think on their feet.

You will be passionate about delivering unbeatable customer outcomes, be able to build credibility with your customer service team and be pro-active and confident in your ability to manage your day.

QualificationsIdeally, current home lending experience or a passion for delivering financial satisfaction to customers.Ability to thrive on building relationships, be digitally savvy, and think on your feet.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
