About the Opportunity

This is more than a legal role — it’s an opportunity to be the voice of care, fairness, and progress across our organisation. As part of the Workplace Relations team within our broader HR function, you will be a key expert in all things Employment Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR).

You’ll join a close-knit team of highly experienced employment lawyers, working together to advise on a broad range of workplace matters, from collective bargaining and dispute resolution to change management and performance processes. Every day is dynamic — and every challenge, an opportunity to make a difference.

You’ll also lead proactive initiatives that strengthen our relationships with unions and support capability-building across our leadership teams, playing a critical role in shaping how we live our values.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Providing clear, timely legal advice on complex ER / IR issues
• Supporting change management and large-scale organisational design
• Advising internal HR stakeholders on legal compliance and best practice
• Drafting and reviewing key documents — from legal submissions to contracts
• Navigating investigations, personal grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Contributing to strategic projects and negotiation strategies that serve both people and business outcomes
