Employment Lawyer

OverviewOur client, a specialist employment law firm, is seeking a high-performing employment lawyer.

This role offers the opportunity to advise senior managers within corporate clients, manage due diligences and other data heavy matters, supervise more junior staff, and work with partners in substantial litigation.

The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit team that values fun, openness, and commercial focus.Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll provide expert legal advice predominantly to employers in the private sector on a range of employment advisory matters.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond advisory services to include employment litigation and dispute resolution, governance, legislative planning, compliance and privacy.

You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with partners in substantial litigation cases and manage due diligences.QualificationsProven track record in employment law and / or strong experience in civil litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle complex work, work autonomously and take responsibility for mattersWhat sets this company apartOur client provides high-quality, expert legal advice across a wide range of sectors.
