We're looking for a Business Relationship Specialist to join our team, supporting high-value Small Business customers with their financial needs while helping the Bank deliver outstanding service and manage risk effectively.ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of high-value Small Business customers when required.Assisting customers with lending, deposits, referrals, and digital banking solutions.Providing expert advice on transitioning customers to self-service digital channels.Developing a strong understanding of the Small Business industry and our customers' needs.Handling customer maintenance, service requests, transactions, and external information requests accurately and on time.Balancing customer needs with the Bank's risk profile, ensuring all lending, documentation, and compliance processes are followed.What you'll deliverExcellent customer outcomes through proactive relationship management and needs-based solutions.Strong risk management by monitoring portfolios and ensuring adherence to bank policies.Support for clients to achieve their financial goals while contributing to the Bank's financial and Customer Experience objectives.About you3+ years in banking, financial services, or account management.Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.Good understanding of lending documentation, credit risk assessment, and financial statements.Working knowledge of banking systems and products, plus intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.A Graduate Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, or Business (or equivalent business experience).
