Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives where data meets strategy?

We're looking for a Commercial Business Partner to help shape the future of one of Australasia's largest service organisations, with 2,500+ staff across 25+ branches nationwide.

Responsibilities

Build pricing models, budgets, and forecasts that guide key decisions

Analyse end-to-end workflows – from rostering to invoicing – to improve margins

Use Power BI to turn data into insights and clear recommendations

Present to both senior leadership and operations managers

Drive commercial projects in a business going through an exciting reset and growth phase

Qualifications

Finance or commercial analysis background (CA / CPA an advantage)

Proven experience in labour-force or multi-site operations

Advanced Power BI and Excel skills

Strong communicator who can simplify complex data

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
