Your new role :

Servicing an existing book of business (Domestic Lines)

Liaising with clients and underwriters

Managing the full renewal process

What you will need to succeed :

Previous experience within a broker support or insurance role

A Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (General Insurance) is a plus, but not essential

Strong relationship building skills
