Pacific Padel seeks a permanent full-time coach (30+ hours) to deliver group and individual padel sessions from beginner to advanced levels. The role includes developing training programmes for juniors and adults, organising tournaments and leagues, and supporting club operations using Playtomic. Applicants must have at least 6 months coaching padel preferably in New Zealand and internationally , competitive playing background with ranking points / national-level tournament experience, and prior involvement in club support.
Pay and Hours :
- Permanent role, minimum 30 hours per week
- Hours rostered across 5–6 days including evenings and weekends
Key Tasks :
Deliver group and individual padel coaching sessions for beginner through to advanced players.Develop training programmes for juniors, adults, and competitive players.Assist in the organisation and delivery of padel tournaments, leagues, and events.Support club operations including member services and bookings.Use the Playtomic platform for scheduling, tournaments, and management.Skills and Experience Required (must have) :
Experience coaching padel within a recognised club or academy.Recognised tennis or padel coaching qualification from RPT, FIP, or equivalent international federation.Proven competitive playing background with official NZ or equivelant ranking points, and recent participation in international or national-level tournaments.Proven experience in both coaching and operational support within a padel sports club.Experience in organising and running tournaments and events.Demonstrated experience using Playtomic for session scheduling, tournament management, and club administration.Playtomic Coach Certification demonstrating ability to deliver levelling sessions and use Playtomic software for player and session management.
