Responsibilities
We are looking for a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR and Payroll transformation services to our clients. As a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and implementing SuccessFactors and payroll solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll modules, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR and Payroll processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.
This is a hybrid position and is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with a focus on New Zealand payroll compliance and processes.Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs.Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables.Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet client requirements and business processes.Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooksCollaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Payroll.Provide expert – level advice and guidance on payroll deployment approach and planningPerform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.Mentor and train junior consultants and client team members on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll functionalities.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations throughout the implementation process.Innovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive client impact.Demonstrated experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in a New Zealand context.Deep understanding of NZ payroll legislation, processes, and compliance requirementsExperience in HRIS / Payroll transformation projects, ideally within consulting or large enterprise environments.A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business / Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems.Experience working with different HR / Payroll systems and HR processes including process review and design.Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll at a minimum.Worked in a lead / senior capacity for a minimum 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.Qualifications & Skills

Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experienceProven experience Designing and configuring the Holidays Act for New Zealand Payroll to ensure compliance with the Act's complex calculations for leave and holiday payExperience working in diverse team teams and / or project management activities on large projectsConsulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshopsProven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.Ko Taku Rourou | What we offer you
