Join our dynamic HR Transformation team in New Zealand, where we are dedicated to helping organisations transform their HR & People functions through innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
- Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
- Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.
- Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to meet client requirements and business processes.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.
- Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Payroll.
- Provide advanced – level advice and guidance on payroll deployment approach and planning
- Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications
A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business / Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information SystemsExperience working with different HR / Payroll systems and HR processes including process review and designCertification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll at a minimumCompletion of a minimum 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementationsIdeally
Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experienceProven experience designing and configuring the Australian Payroll to ensure compliance with the state and national payroll legislationExperience working in diverse team teams and / or project management activities on large projectsConsulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshopsProven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.What we offer you
