OverviewMaraetai Beach School is based in the sunny Pohutukawa Coast in East Auckland and situated on the whenua of Ngai Tai ki Tamaki.

START DATE : Term 1 2026.

MANAGEMENT ROLE UNITS : 1 permanent unit and 1 fixed term unit.

RESPONSIBLE TO : Principal and Deputy Principal.

DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR : The Akonga / Learners and staff in Y0 to 1 team and Y7 to 8 team respectively.

RESPONSIBLE FOR : The Phase 1a (Y0 to 1) and Phase 3 (Y7 and 8) teams (separate roles).

Our Team Leaders will lead a team of teachers and help the effective operation of the school, as per the job description below.Effective relationships with : Akonga / learners, staff, parents, community, education agencies and neighbouring schools.Responsibilities and role scopeWe are seeking two passionate and experienced team leaders to join our team, focusing on the growth and development of our Y0 to 1 and Y7 to 8 students (phase 1a and 3).
