We are looking for a leader who :

Is an outstanding classroom practitioner who uses assessment for learning to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning

Has proven leadership capabilities and a deep commitment to equitable outcomes for all learners

Is passionate about building strong relationships with whanau and tamariki

Demonstrates culturally responsive pedagogy in practice

Brings energy and expertise to a leadership role, with the ability to coach, mentor, and grow others

Is a collaborative team player with a great sense of humour!

May have experience and / or a strong interest in leading schoolwide initiatives in culture (e.g. kapa haka, Pasifika groups, cultural events) and / or sport.
