We are looking for an experienced, motivated and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide support to the Head of School's Leadership Team, with focus on providing administrative support to our five Heads of Departments.
The School of Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Science is a diverse, dynamic and evolving school within the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies.
We are research intensive with a focus towards a hands-on and practical approach for our students.
This is an exciting time for our school which is in a period of growth as it evolves to meet the demands of students and industry.
Our Executive Leadership Team enjoy a collaborative, flexible and respectful approach to reaching our strategic goals, working closely together.
This pivotal role requires someone who must be supremely professional, whilst also being welcoming and approachable.
They also need to be flexible, adaptable and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
This role includes liaising with the faculty office, other central university / faculty services, industry and other external stakeholders, as well as providing support for various events and committees.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have :
A minimum of 3 years' experience as Personal Assistant at senior management level
Strong proficiency in office administration procedures
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting schedules and competing priorities
An exceptional ability to communicate at all levels
A proactive, self-directed and independent working style
Experience working in the tertiary education sector would be advantageous

Salary :
$59,000 - $78,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
