Reports to : NZ Commercial Manager (Dotted line to Oceania Major Projects Manager)

About The Role

As the BDM – Major Projects , you’ll be at the forefront of securing and delivering multi-million dollar projects nationwide. You’ll manage key wholesale relationships, oversee project lifecycles from inception to completion, and play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Lead strategic direction for major project acquisition across NZ.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in large-scale markets.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for major projects and new verticals.
• Conduct SWOT analyses and competitive benchmarking.
• Prioritise and time strategic projects to align with market and company goals.
