About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence across New Zealand, Australia, and Asian markets.
This role is ideal for a candidate with established networks across countries and regions, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.Key Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs, particularly in New Zealand, Australia, and Vietnam.
Leverage existing retail connections in locally and internationally to secure product display opportunities.
Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote company products / services and address client requirements.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and business development activities.
Build long-term partnerships with new and existing customers.
Support marketing and brand promotion activities in target markets.
Work a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week on a permanent contract.
Skills and Experience
