Responsibilities

• Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customers
• Maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in store promotions
• Ensuring a high store presentation standard
• Assisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note : this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

Who We’re Looking For

About The Role

As a Retail Coordinator you will hold a unique and varied position in the Repco store - Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor. Your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongside providing fantastic customer service.
