Coordinator Customer Support (Porirua)

Bring your organisational skills to this dynamic role.

You will help to ensure the smooth operation of the office by providing efficient and proactive administration services to ensure our Customer Support Centre (CSC) Managers are well supported.

You will provide a seamless service to CSC Managers and their wider leadership team including Team Leaders and Advisor Customer Support.

Responsibilities

Deliver proactive admin support that keeps our CSC leadership team running smoothly and focused.

Fixed Term until 30 June 2026 at $67,834 (pro rata)

Help to ensure the smooth operation of the office by providing efficient and proactive administration services to ensure our CSC Managers are well supported.

You will provide a seamless service to CSC Managers and their wider leadership team including Team Leaders and Advisor Customer Support.

Strong admin and organisational skills

Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with numbers

A passion for supporting a busy frontline team

Initiative and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure with tight deadlines
