People who are passionate about helping others, are kind and understanding.Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviours.Full driver's license is essential.Somebody who has the initiative to help people reach their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box.

You need to be respectful of others' thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own.Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.If you are passionate about supporting people, then maybe there is a role for you here.
