You will provide both practical and emotional support to help our clients achieve their goals and reach their potential.You will be given a care plan to follow, and some of your responsibilities may include : Meal preparationCommunity outings and integrationGiving medicationPersonal cares (showering, toileting etc)Home managementWho are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about supporting others and giving back to the community.
