We connect the world to the true taste and rare magic of New Zealand's best kaimoana.We're looking for a reliable, positive and customer focused Retail Assistant on a casual basis.Our retail store, based in the heart of the Moore Wilson Porirua store sells a diverse range of premium kaimoana, whilst telling the unique story of Moana New Zealand, and providing our customers with a true connection to our people, our kaimoana and the pristine waters it comes from.You will be part of a close-knit team that delivers excellent customer service experiences and strives to embed Moana New Zealand's vision and values in everyday behavior by : Providing frontline customer sales service and support that is friendly, professional and efficientCreates eye catching product displays that makes our kaimoana accessible and desirable to customersDemonstrates a genuine interest in seafoodTo be successful you will need to be a people person, have excellent time management and communication skills, a good working knowledge of basic math and a track record of being service oriented and great with customers.It would be advantageous to have previous retail or customer service experience but not essential.
