Disclosure Coordinator (West Coast)

CMG Home Loans - Disclosure CoordinatorCMG Home Loans is hiring a Disclosure Coordinator for the Pacific Time Zone to support the West Coast or Hawaii.

This role involves working with our operations teams supporting Branches across multiple locations.

The Coordinator will be responsible for disclosing and re-disclosing state and regulatory disclosures in response to changed circumstances, following written procedures to ensure compliance within designated timeframes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Review incoming loan file disclosures for compliance and accuracy.Identify and validate changes of circumstances within allowable timeframes.Disclose and re-disclose loans according to state and regulatory rules.Collaborate with loan originators to obtain updated documentation and fees as applicable.Enter required data and generate accurate disclosures within mandatory timeframes, maintaining quality standards.Ensure all work complies with company standards and guidelines.Qualifications and Experience : Previous mortgage industry experience required.Prefer 2-3 years' experience with state and regulatory disclosures.Customer service experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High integrity and confidentiality are essential.Additional Details : Supervisory Responsibilities : NonePhysical and Environmental Conditions : This role operates in an ADA-compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment.

Flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines is required.Compensation : Hourly rate of $20.00 to $25.00, depending on skills and experience.
