We're looking for three motivated and highly organised Business Support Coordinators to join our Corporate and National Security & Resilience (NSR) groups.

The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) supports the government of the day by leading, advising, stewarding and delivering activities across the public sector, and by providing dedicated advice and support to the Governor-General, Prime Minister and portfolio Ministers.
The teams
About the Role|Mō te Tūranga
As a Business Support Coordinator , you'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to a Director and their wider team. You'll take the lead on managing the team's operational needs - from scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, to organising travel, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing records and financial processes, and preparing communications and reports.
This role suits someone who enjoys being at the centre of things and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll build strong working relationships across the organisation, act as a trusted point of contact for corporate processes and services, and help the team stay focused on delivering their priorities. At times, you'll also provide back-up Executive Assistant support to senior leaders, giving you the chance to broaden your experience.
To succeed in this role, you will bring
Proven experience in administrative or team coordination roles, ideally in the public sector.
An interest in the work of corporate services, or national security, risk and resilience, is an advantage.
