  • 4.4 weeks annual leave | Wellness allowance | WFH equipment contribution
  • Salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, dependent on experience

  • We're looking for an organised and proactive Digital & Executive Support Coordinator to join our Digital and Information Services group.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same - you'll provide high-quality support to the Group and Group Manager.

From coordinating projects and managing diaries to supporting leadership, you'll be at the centre of making things run smoothly.

  • Provide seamless support - Prepare reports, responses, and presentations; manage correspondence, diaries, and emails; and respond on behalf of the Group Manager when required.
  • Enable delivery - Coordinate meetings, track tasks and timelines, maintain project documentation, and support progress across the work programme.
  • Collaborate and connect - Partner with other SLT support team members, contribute to cross-team initiatives, and build strong working relationships across the Ministry and with external stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements - Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, and systems that make our work more efficient and effective.
  • Keep things moving - Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, minuting meetings, processing invoices and purchase orders, and managing information through SharePoint / Teams.

  • Demonstrated experience working in similar role within the Public Sector or Corporate industry - preferably in an environment with multiple workstreams
  • You'll have an interest and experience with technology and digital systems and be confident learning new systems and processes and findings was to improve existing ones.
  • Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities and meet deadline whilst preserving the highest levels of accuracy and confidentially
  • Comfortable scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation and supporting delivery timelines
